Opening in 2006 with one office and two consultants in Devizes they are now a thriving enterprise with offices in Devizes, Calne and Marlborough. Their specialist consultants have over thirty years combined recruitment experience in supplying Industrial, Technical, Engineering, and Commercial staff. Temporary
Temporary staff could be the ideal way of meeting your variable staffing demands.
It can give you total flexibility to choose the number of hours and duration of the assignment from one day’s holiday to cover, to a long term project for a whole team.
We will deal with the complete payroll function including PAYE and holiday pay.
You simply let us know your requirement and we will take care of the rest.


Temporary to Permanent
If you need to evaluate your requirement prior to taking on a permanent staff member this could be the approach for you, Both parties have the opportunity to assess the role to see if a permanent placement would be suitable.
If at any stage of the assignment you would like to make a temporary worker a permanent member of your workforce, just contact your account manager and they will discuss the possibility.
Permanent
With permanent recruitment we manage the entire recruitment process on you behalf: advertising the role, sifting through CV’s and drawing up a shortlist of candidates, pre interview screening.
Once you have made your decision we would then undertake all negotiations on you behalf.
